Special Education Program

Sherwood Center’s Executive Director and Program Director who hold a master’s degree in psychology and bachelor’s degree in social work, respectively, oversee the Special Education program. They are assisted by fifteen full and part time certified staff, and eight support staff who receive ongoing training from Sherwood Center in autism and related areas on-site and off-site.

Adult Day Services Program

Sherwood Center’s Executive Director, Program Director and a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional oversee the ADS program. They are assisted by eight full and part time staff who receive ongoing training from Sherwood Center in autism and related areas in cooperation with the Kansas City Regional Office of Missouri Department of Health and the Developmental Disability Services of Jackson County, EITAS.
